There has been no official statement regarding the NEET exam getting postponed. See,as of now,everything is under lockdown till 31st March,2020 until further notified. But,the NEET examination is in May so it is being expected that the condition will become better.
However,stay in touch with the official website of NEET for every detail.

Hello Abdul,
The National Testing Agency has not given any official statement regarding the NEET exam being postponed.As of now,the exam date is as decided,that is,3rd May,2020.There are very less chances for the exam to get postponed because there is more than a month left and things are expected to settle down till then.
