This year there is no change in publishing of results. It is done as per last year.
The appeared candidates' list will be published for reference purposes only and should not be confused with the state wise NEET ranklist. ... In some cases, separateNEET2018 state wise ranklists may also bereleasedbefore each counselling roundisheld in a particular state.
