You should have studies Biology in your 12th standard. Then only you can do agriculture course. Otherwise you can go for B.Tech courses related to agriculture like, B.Tech in

• Food technology
• Dairy technology
• Biotechnology

Otherwise, you can do agriculture degree with extra classes of computer sciences seperately.
