In the examinations hall, the rules and regulations are very strict. You are not even allowed to carry a pencil in the examination hall. Nothing is allowed except the admit card. So all the attachement of photographs you do it from your house and come , until and unless some "special" statement is mentioned in admit card. In case you forget to stick the photograph no need to worry, because in examination hall itself they will have some or the other adhesive.
