A one-year course, the postgraduate diploma in business administration (PGDBA) is open to all students who have completed their undergraduate studies and seek managerial positions in public or private enterprises. Admission is usually based on an entrance test and interview, however, students are advised to approach the institute of their choice to inquire on the exact eligibility requirements.

The syllabus aims to provide management training as well as develop the soft skills of students and their knowledge of the various functional areas in management. Modules include management process, managerial economics, marketing management, financial accounting, organization structure and behaviour, production and operations management, business law, and management information systems.
