Dear aspirant,
Report to any arc you like. Nearest will be better for you incase in the future I hope not but any problem arises you can easily solve it by visiting the arc which is near to you. Once your admission process is over I mean once you've secured your seat by freezing it which ever round you decide to do it, you have to visit your allotted college.
So yes go to the nearest arc no need to travel to Pune.
