Below I've mentioned some books which may prove helpful for UPTU.

Physics

UP Board Class XI and XII Physics books:  In UPTU Exams most of the questions are asked from UP Board Class XI and XII books. This book has good coverage of UPTU syllabus.

HC Verma Vol. 1 & 2: This is the best physics book for any engineering entrance examinations. It contains theory in very concise form and plenty of questions for practice.

Fundamental of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker: This is the best book for strengthening your basics. It focuses more on fundamentals and is the perfect study material for engineering entrance exams.

Chemistry

UP Board Class XI and XII Chemistry books:  These are the most important books for UPTU examination as they have good coverage of UPTU syllabus. The trend of questions asked in different years UPTU exam show that in chemistry questions are direct and easy.

Numerical Chemistry by R.C. Mukherjee: This is a very beautiful book which helps to solve numerical problems using mole concepts. The book covers all topics required at the +2 level and used as reference books for various engineering entrance examinations.

Organic and Inorganic Chemistry by OP Tandon: This book ideal for organic and inorganic chemistry for engineering entrance exam preparation. It contains lot of problems and conceptual questions.

Mathematics

UP Board Class XI and XII Mathematics books:  These books are very much necessary for UPTU engineering exam because they have good coverage of UPTU syllabus. So, they can be considered as standard books for preparation of mathematics section of the paper.

Class XI and XII Mathematics books by R.D. Sharma: These are the best mathematics books for +2 level and all engineering entrance exams. Every concept in this book is followed by large number of examples and questions.
