The answer for this will depend upon the course you have taken.

But in general I would suggest that you look for colleges that holds international placement records, so that you get a good opportunity to sit for the placements and prove your worth to the company.

If you are in the Engineering field then IITs/NITs do provide international placements.

You can also go for a college with a very good placement record and maybe get a really good offer in India, get some experience and then start applying for abroad.
