There are number of softwares

except AutoCAD and solid works

Like

MATLAB.

CATIA

Python

Java

ProE.

HyperMesh.

etc.

All are used for different purpose.

Like coding designing analysing.

CNC

Ansys

Creo is for beginners . But ansys and CNC are difficult.
