2. BIT Mesra, Ranchi (old brand value)
3. DAIICT Gandhinagar (+1 coding culture)
4. RVCE + PESU Bengaluru (good coding culture because of Bengaluru, but bad perception because of management quota, COMEDK)
5. MIT Manipal & VIT Vellore (Well Established brand, but huge batch size and fees, management quota in VIT )
6. Thapar, Patiala & PSG, Coimbatore (Good brand but huge state quota)
7. JIIT Noida, LMNIIT Jaipur & NIRMA Ahmedabad (decent one for CSE), PDPU Gandhinagar (Petroleum)
8. Amrita University, SSN Chennai, SASTRA University & CBTI Hyderabad (Promising brand but regional outlook)
9. KIIT Bhubaneshwar + SRM Chennai (good choice in 2005–10 but not anymore)
10. LPU + Sharda + Amity (Brand only on magazine but still people know them)
11. GITAM Vizag + MSRIT Bengaluru + BMS Bengaluru + Vasavi Hyderabad + Chitkara Chandigarh and numerous other equivalent colleges.
