The pattern is:

1. General Knowledge

2. Reasoning & Aptitude

3. English

4. Questions from  respective subject(mech/electrical/telecommunication)

For mechanical the chapters are : Hydraulics machinery, Machine design, Industrial Engineering, thermal engineering, manufacturing technology, Engineering Mechanics & strength of materials.
