There are various avenues which you can explore being a science student, but the definition of best option is individual in this sense and large level it depends on your areas of interest, skillsets, if you have any particular domain in mind where you see yourself working.

Based on the subject combinations you have at 10+2 level

With PCM Stream, you can do Engineering/ Architecture course/Merchant Navy/NDA/Railway Apprentice Exam/AME Training, CPL Training, BCA.

With PCB Stream, you can MBBS/BDS/BDes/BPharm/Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery/Nursing.

If you're inclined towards research or teaching, you can BSc (Hons) in any of your favorite subjects again based on subjects combination such as Computer Science, IT, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biotechnology to name a few emerging fields,
you can also pursue Master's Degree in the concerned subject afterwards and qualify for NET/SET.

In case none of the above interests you, there are other areas as well outside your stream which are equally good you can exploreBBA/BBS/BMS/Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary,Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant/Journalism/Hotel Management
/Integrated Law(5 years)/BElEd/Fashion Designing

There are various courses that are offered for science after 12th-

1. You can do b.tech in any field like mechanical, CS, electrical, petrochemical, food processing etc.

2. You can give NDA exam if you want to go in army

3 you can join the Indian Navy or merchant Navy which is one of the prestigious jobs of the country.

4. You can do b.sc and m.sc in any field and take PhD for being a professor in government or private college.

5. If you want to become a forensic expert you can prepare that.

So these are some points in which you can make future.
