If you want to go into medical you can give NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER.

if you want to take law as a career or study law you can give CLAT or All India Law Entrance Test (AILET).

For undergraduation in humanities you can take  IIT Madras Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) and TISS Bachelors Admission Test (TISS-BAT)

For undrgrad in sciences you can take

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) and  National Entrance Screening Test (NEST).
