We can't even say that but the highest paying job is Business. In this job, you cab earn some billions of money but as the same way you can lose those too. My suggestion is it's okay to aim for that but bank jobs,  group 1, group 2 jobs are better than that.. You cab have life security too.

As per as your question it is bit difficult to tell the about the best engineering job in Gujarat. But as per as our knowledge Gujarat has lots of industrial area.
So Gujarat would obviously have more requirement for mechanical,product engineers.
