You must cover these topics
Geometry
Algebra
And calculus in mathematics
Inorganic chemistry
Thermodynamics
Solutions
Atomic structure in chemistry
Optics
Thermodynamics
Fluid
Wave
Electrostat
Kinematics
Laws of motion
In physics

But one thing that you can not depend upon one topic because no one can say that exam committee will definitely put question from that topic.
So better to prepare with all syllabus and atleast go through all the topics once.
