No, for admission in laboratory courses like BSc medical lab Technology Neet examination is not required.

Neet examination is mandatory for following courses only

• MBBS

• BDS

• Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and

• veterinary i. e BVSc.  ( for BVsc some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats).

Admission in BSC medical laboratory technology is generally on the basis of your marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination and can also be offered through entrance exam.
