If you want to go in the engineering line, US, UK, Denmark, etc are good choices.

For Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, Singapore, Dubai, etc are good choices. 

For Medical, apart from India, you always have Georgia, Hungary, Philippines , UK, Czech Republic
