If you wish to prepare for PCS, History and Political Science both are covered in the questions asked. Also both the questions are interrelated, thus there is not comparison between the two. However, history is a subject with broader scope, covering every field's past, it might be helpful for you to do selective studying. But keep in mind that both are extremely important.
