There isnt separate book for English proficiency and Logical reasoning . In fact its just practical application of english languauge and testing your basic logical reasoning. It can be practiced using mock papers. I can suggest you to get "12 practice papers BITSAT" by GKP publications. That'll be enough for prepping you up for the exam.
