Both mtg and arihant previous year books for neet are great but when compared arihant has an edge over mtg . Arihant has an appendix section where all the important formulas and important points are given chapterwise. Also every question is solved with explanations which makes the solution really easy to understand which is missing in mtg . So I suggest you to go with Arihant rather than mtg.
