Hello Pragya,

The reference books which should be preferable.

Firstly, you need to be extremely thorough with NCERT Textbooks and need to the solve each and every problem at least once. This gives you a basic idea of how to implement the concepts. Moreover, NCERT is inexpensive, have a lucid language and cover nearly the entire syllabus and thus studying these textbooks put you in a favorable for IIT-JEE Mains and Advance.

Secondly, you can use these books for preparation:

1. HC. Verma “Concept of Physics”- Vol 1 and Vol 2. (For Problems and theory revision)

2. Resnick and Halliday “Principles of Physics” – Book 1 and 2 (Detailed Understanding of the relevant chapter along with some interesting problem which can be irrelevant)

3. I.E Irodov “General Problems in Physics” (Extremely Advanced Level Problems)

Chemistry:

Organic Chemistry

1. “Organic Chemistry”- Robert N. Boyd and Robert Thornton Morrison

2. Wiley's Solomon’s, Fryhle & Snyder- “Organic Chemistry” (Indian Edition by MS Chouhan)

3. LG Wade- “Organic Chemistry”, 8th Edition

4. MS Chauhan- “Advanced Problems in Organic Chemistry for JEE”

5. Organic Chemistry-O.P Tandon

Physical Chemistry

1. Ranjit Shahi- “Essential Physical Chemistry”

2. Books from Cengage Publications

Inorganic Chemistry

1. Wiley's J.D. Lee- “Concise Inorganic Chemistry” (Indian Edition by Sudarshan Guha)

Mathematics

1. “Problems Plus in IIT Mathematics”- A. Das Gupta

2. SL Looney for Trigonometry and Coordinate Geometry

3. Books from Cengage Publications

4. Objective Mathematics for JEE-R.D. Sharma

Hey! Hi Pragya.
See, for JEE MAINS:
for PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY, NCERT is Enough.
for MATHS you may refer to NCERT and a bit of Arihant.
For JEE ADVANCED:
1. For PHYSICS, HC VERMA, and DC PANDEY are good.
2. For CHEMISTRY, GRB PUBLICATIONS for PHYSICAL AND INORGANIC CHEMISTRY and MS CHAUHAN for ORGANIC CHEMISTRY.
3. For MATHS, CENGAGE PUBLICATIONS is more than enough.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
