I prefer u that RD Sharma would be the best book. It is good for both subjective and objective type questions

At the end you have to build on your basics and concepts well, which both the books will provide you so solving any one will help you a Lot.

Both the books which you have listed here are considered good for the preparation of JEE Mains through concept wise meanwhile you can also try to solve the numericals from the books like Cengage and previous 10year Mains paper. It will really help you.
