Hello Rahul,

Both the books are good to prepare for MHT CET. Marvel has all theory questions first then MCQ's. The questions in Marvel are of higher level and it should be solved 2 to 3 months prior to CET exam.

The pradnya pnpl is having ample numbers of problem on almost every concept.

Both books are good for preparation of MHT CET and you can refer to both books.
