Hello Ambadas,  cengage is the better option among both.  As many toppers in NEET and JEE are referring this books for entrance exam. Points and concepts are easy to understand in this book.But my recommendation is to use 11 th and 12 th NCERT books. Make use of NCERT books for basics and then you can make use of cengage for more better practice. Also give importance to solve previous year question papers.
