Hi Purbayan Sanyal !

For Organic Chemistry , Elementry Problems in Organic Chemistry by M.S. Chauhan is a good option . This book has standard problems as well as fundamental concepts . This book doesnot have irrelevant topics . Thus you can concentate only on required topics .
