As far as I consider from your question you are asking about best book for icar ug.
NCERT is the core book so read it first,syllabus is entirely same as that of class 12th board or Neet few questions in biology are asked out of NCERT syllabus so for that you can solve previous year question paper of arihant.

Firstly I would suggest you to go through with NCERT books. For Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture a thorough study from NCERT would fulfill you preparation requirements very well.
