Hey,

Following are the standard one to prepare for IIT JAM Biotechnology exam:

NCERT for General reading and MCQ Books by Dinesh or Pradeep.
Microbiology by Prescott, Pelczar.
Development Biology by Gilbert.
Biochemistry by Lehninger.
Molecular Biology by Watson.
