Well the books are more or less the same for all the medical competitive exams like NEET and AIIMS.

For practice you can opt for Universal Self score of chemistry, biology and physics. Dinesh practice books are also good for practice. Then we have other books like DC Pandey for physics theory and for chemistry you can refer NCERT and along with the supplementary materials. For biology you can go for elementary theory book for biology.
