You didn't specify the subject you want to opt for in ICAR, because you have a choice there. You either choose agriculture or biology. Physics and chemistry are compulsory. You also asked about neet so I assume you will opt for biology. So your subject combinations will be physics, chemistry and biology. The books which you can use to prepare for neet are mtg's NCERT fingertips, mtg's champion. These come separately for all 3 subjects and are the question banks. You can study for neet as well as ICAR from these. If you want a separate book for ICAR you can use R. Gupta's ICAR AIEEA UG. But studying from neet books will be enough for ICAR too. You can also study from study package of any prestigious institute, but ncert should be your base. Hope that helps.
