This is ECE.

If you're looking for an easy way to something then take IT

However if you want a bit of a spice in your blnd life go for ECE

Cs and ece both are good branches as they have lot of scope. 
Making a choice between CS and ECE depends totally on the person. 
If you are good at coding or you have interest in programming and algorithm then go for CS. 
But if you don't have interest then go for ECE. 
P. S.  Don't make a choice because of pear pressure and all. Just choose what you like not what you want.

IT:  Information Technology deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to store, protect process, transmit and securely retrieve data.
ECE: Here, aspirants deal with Electronics with some part of communication. The subject uses the scientific knowledge of the behaviour and effects of electrons to develop devices, systems, or equipment that uses electricity.
Future prospects wise, currently a ECE graduate is in more demand than IT. And growth opportunities are also more in ECE.
