A per scope is concerned different branches has got different scopes, you need to choose the branch based on your interest, not on the basis of scope because it is hard to tell what one can achieve from any branch if he has interest in his field. You can create scope if you have zeal. But if we talk about placement, for software branches you may get high salaried placements easily. But if you are in core sector, you can only get luxurious placements in PSUs. And ifyou want high salaried job in core companies, experience is needed.
