It is very appreciative to take the decision to join ISRO. So the stream Mechanical Engineering is the main  zone to join ISRO. But beside it the CSE,ECE any many other fields are equally important.

So as per ypur question both cse and ece are equally important now it is completely depending you that in which branch you find more interest.
