Both the branches are good.The syllabus is also almost same .However ,CSE is given more prefernce than IT students.CSE is in demand these days.And also its easy to get job in software companies.So ,I would suggest you to take CSE.

According to me both the branches are good.You can opt any of these branches.But if you will ask me for selecting anyone out of these thern i would go for CSE.CSE is the most preffered branch now a days.

No branch is best every branch has its own significace.The choice of branch solely depends on your interest.Moreover cse is related to laying the foundation of IT whereas IT is based on application such as building firewall and maintaining it.

According to analysis, CSE is choosen by moth of the students. You can choose CSE because the job opportunities is very good in CSE.
