Hello,

Electronics Engineering is a branch of Electrical engineering. The course is related to the application of electronic devices like integrated circuits, transistors etc. It also deals with the design and application of circuitry and equipment for power generation and distribution, machine control, and communications.

Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering deals with designing various telecommunications equipment like modems, switches, routers and radio links.
I would suggest you to analyze the detailed course structure of the both the branches and then opt for the one according to your interest.
Good Luck!
