Talking about doing integrated Mtech is great because now the level of doing simultaneous Btech and than Mtech are on the same level and also you save a lot of time, now talking about choosing a course i would be suggesting to go with the Mtech CSE because in this particular field you will be learning about a lot more of things which will going to give you more options in future but ya again if you are completely passionate about software’s than you should go with it only because at the end you are the one who can decide what you actually want.
