All branches are good of B-Tech.

it totally depends upon you that in which field you are interested.

although on the basis of placement,now a day Computer science is at the top level.

after that IT and after IT Electronics Communication engineering.

but remember if you want a Government Job after B-Tech then choose Electrical,Electronics,Civil or Mechanical.

That branch in which you are highly interested is the best branch for engineering. But there are some parameters which decide the scope and opportunities ahead in the field. Like for CSE there are lots of opportunities but competition is also high. For Mechanical, the thing goes same.

So, do enter in that branch in which you feel you will end up developing yourself very well as an individual.

it depends on your interest if you are passionate towards any particular field then you will surely excel in that baranch but if you are considering for placements then computer science and engineering,mathematics and computing, electronics,electrical,mechanical offer good package.
