Well, there is nothing tough in this world if you work hard. But it depends on you interest of subject which makes some things easier and others difficult.

CSE includes everything related to computer and it software including coding/programming on other hand ece includes hard core electronics. ECE is a growing sector after "make in India" so you might get some heat there. And, CSE provides you with vast opportunities in the data sector. These two will allow you for IES (Indian engineering services) to work in government companies such as bsnl etc with a good and reputed post whereas EEE has no such scope.

One thing, ECE has been considered tough for average students.
