This is a subjective question and it depends or rather will vary from person to person so in my opinion the branch of computer science engineering which is the most valuable and probably the further is data science and artificial intelligence and machine learning.

These two branches will never have a saturation point because the world is all about technology and data . The is world evolving and it's time for the change.
