the real answer for this question is depends upon your interest or favourite subjects.

because all branches of engineering will have their own scope and benefits,job opportunities,so i suggest you to pick the one which you admired the most.

i hope mechanical,it,ece,robotics and automation will have the better scope than others in future.but this thing is what i believe/think, that's all.

future may bring different things.
