As per the guidelines and norms for the eligibility and applying for GATE 2020 examination, a candidate who has been issued a SBC certificate from a competent authorized signatory such as a Group A gazetted officer is supposed to apply for the GATE 2020 examination as a OBC candidate provided the caste is mentioned or rather listed under the Central Government. So likewise you should apply for GATE 2020 application as an OBC candidate.
