• Physics - Optics , current electricity , semiconductor devices , thermodynamics , electromagnetic induction and ac , simple harmonic motion.
• Chemistry - Chemical Kinetics , alcohol and ethers , p,d & f block , electrochemistry , atomic structure , general principles and process of isolation of metals , organic compounds containing oxygen , organic compounds containing nitrogen , purification and characterization of organic compounds.
• Mathematics - Complex numbers , Differential equations , Probability , Calculus , Vector and 3D geometry , Matrices in algebra : Circles , Parabola , Hyperbola in coordinate geometry.
