Both the colleges you have mentioned are really good and have established a reputation for themselves over the years. Both of them have good faculty, infrastructure and other facilities. But in the end it depends on which college you want and is convenient to your requirements. Go through the external factors like fee structure, standard of living etc and then decide which college you want to choose.

Both the Colleges are good but if you compare Sri Aurobindo Medical College is better .I am saying it based on the past few years cut off which is higher for Sri Aurobindo Medical then for Index Medical College .
