Hope you are doing well . See , Resonance provides a lot of study materials which if you practice regularly ,you are going to do really good . But sometimes trying to solve a lot completely creates some mismanagement . On the other hand FITJEE materials are also really good and has high level questions suitable for JEE advanced but not suitable for boards or JEE Mains. So ,it's upto you what you find best for yourself .

As such you can't compare which alternative provides best study material and coaching regarding preparation for IIT and NIT entrance examination such as JEE Mains and Advanced

It completely depends upon the child as how much and how well he can prepare. A diligent and Hard working student can ace the JEE Examination with proper guidance and knowledge of the subject which both the choices mentioned in the query provide.
