As you mentioned you passed class 12 in 2021 but did not take admission anywhere, you should use Code 02. The following candidates are eligible for using code 02 in NEET UG-
Code 2 is for candidates who have completed 12 years of higher/secondary education or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), which is equivalent to Class 10+2. The National Council of Education Research and Training requires that English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, or Mathematics, or any other elective, be taken as a major subject in the last two years of study (NCERT).
Aspirants who have completed 10+2 with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or a state open school as a private candidate from state boards can apply under NEET qualification code 2.

For instance, if a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2019 but wishes to appear for NEET 2022, he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2.
