As per your information that you have provided ,hence it is a good percentile , but it is not a passing cutoff of iit. However you can try NIT Maharasthra if you are from sc category .But it is still difficult to get admission in govt colleges with this rank .So you can get good private colleges like you can get admission in dtu (Delhi Technical University) which is a very good choice or you can go for DCE or you can go for netaji subhash university.There are many more good colleges and universities like Birla institute or BITS pilani

Hey friend!
If you provided some information about your home state Quota then my answer would be more appropriate . It is difficult to tell you exact about your admission possibilities but on combining factors like your percentile ,caste and last year cut-off . I may say that you can easily get top colleges of your state and also some branches at lower Nit's in last counselling .
