Both IIST and ATC are good private colleges in Indore and have Computer Science Engineering branch for B. Tech. The fee for IIST is Rs. 50,000/- per year whereas the fee of ATC is Rs. 63,000/- per year. Both colleges provide admission based on your JEE - Main Rank. The highest package from IIST is Rs. 1,250,000/- with companies like Idea, IBM, Amazon, and Cognizant visiting the campus. • AICTE  approved

• Accreditation NBA
• University reference - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal
• Affiliated college
• facilities like boys hostel, gym, cafeteria, sports, library, medical. (wifi not provided)

Since almost everything is same except the fees i would say Indore institute of science & technology is better.

If you go according to the college grading both lies in the same bracket but now IPS is NBA accredited and soon enough will be accredited by TCS too which will result in much more companies and job opportunities with better salary.

Now coming to the college life trust me life at ips is much better than acro tho you do not have the hostel facilities for boy here but still you can easily get accommodation near by.
