Hope you are doing great. So with regard to your question, it doesn't matter in which college you are going to study. All you need is you should qualify for UPSC. Because the tahsildar posts will be given based on the merit you scored in the UPSC. Every year only limited no of seats are available, work hard and hit it hard, you will definitely succeed.

There is not any college to become 'tehsildar'  ,for it you have to qualify ,India's toughest exam UPSC ,about 1000 people get selection every year out of millions , it has a vast syllabus and can be cracked through only hardwork and dedication ,you need to do a lot of hardwork because you misspelt the spelling of tehsildar ,so from here you can think how much hardwork you need to do .
