NIFT Delhi and NIFT Mumbai are considered as the top centres. But, based on your rank and as per previous year's cut off it won't be possible to get these centres. You can consider the other centres.

With CMR 2780 and category rank in OBC 530 you can TD in bhopal, kannur, Patna, kangra, jodhpur and bhubaneswar. 

You can consider bhubaneswar and patna as they get filled up fast. 

This is based on previous year's cut off.

For Textile Design, go for NIFT Delhi and if you are not getting NIFT Delhi then you can opt either Bangalore or Mumbai.

Last year the cutoff for these colleges were around 400-650. So, if your rank lies between this range then you can easily get, considering General category.
