For your JEE Mains Paper-1 Percentile your expected Overall Rank will be around 613800 - 690000. So rry to say with your JEE Mains percentile it is difficult to qualify and getting seat thought this rank is not possible in Top Institutions. You can try for Management quota seats in Private Engineering Colleges or you can join in colleges based on your intermediate merit in Colleges where they allow this.

You can try Private Universities to get Engineering seat and some of them may require entrance exam score to get admission. The list of Universities are given below.
