Since your percentile score is good in SC category and you have good chance in 2 government colleges of maharashtra they are:

1. Department of Technology, Shivaji University

2. Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur

In these colleges you have good chances because according to 2019 cut off in these college for mechanical branch was around 50 - 60 percentile in SC Category

Also if you want some private colleges then you have good chances of getting seats in:

1. Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, MGM University

2. St. Francis Institute of Technology

3. Pillai College Engineering.

If want to choose from private institute then opt for St.  Francis because its cut off starts from 88 percentile.

If you want to choose from government college then you can opt either of the colleges because they are similar in cut offs.
